Our first goal is customer satisfaction so we will try to ensure that you stay happy. We know that returns happen. No problem, just drop us a mail keeping in mind the following points and we can work it out:

  • we only accept items in unused condition and in their original packaging.
  • if you have changed your mind about a product, no problem, you can send it back, provided you inform/mail us within the first 24hours of receiving the item. Shipping will be borne by you of course.
  • if the product has reached you in damaged condition, please mail us images of the product with your order number and name of item
  • once we receive the item back from you we will credit the amount back into your All things craft account.
  • please only use reliable courier companies like dtdc or FedEx while sending back a product so we are able to track it. We are not responsible if a product is lost or damaged while being returned. We will not be reimbursing the shipping cost in this case.
