How do I pay for my order?

Our team is working continuously to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. We currently are unable to provide you the option to purchase with your credit or debit cards. After you have placed you order you will receive a confirmation email from us containing our NEFT details. Please endure you make the payment within 2 working days to avoid cancellation of your order.

When will I receive my order?

Most of our orders are dispatched within 2 working days, some even sooner. You will receive a mail from us containing tracking information so you can track your parcel.

Can I cancel an order after placing it?

You can cancel your oder within 24 hours of placing it. If the order has already shipped we will not be able to anything.

An item I want is out of stock. How can I get it?

Please send us a mail mentioning the item name and code and we will inform you when we have it in stock again. You can also place a pre-order for the same and we will try to get it for you as fast as we can.

I have entered wrong shipping details by mistake. What can I do?

Please email us as soon as possible with the correct shipping details. We will be able to make the changes if the order has not left our warehouse. If the order has already shipped we will be unable to help. We will not be responsible if the package is lost and neither can we refund the money.
Incase the parcel is returned to us by the courier company due to failed delivery, and the items are in saleable condition we can provide you store credit for it. Shipping charges are non refundable.
If you want us to re-send you the parcel, you will have to pay additional shipping charges.
